REFLECTION

This project was a good experience and it made me realize that cardboard can be used for more than just boxes. I found out that it’s a unique material that can be shaped into amazing art. When I worked on my sculpture, my skills in tracing, cutting, taping and painting improved with every step in the process. Although I struggled in some of the areas, like closing off the walls, trying to figure out how to attach things so they don’t fall apart, applying the paper tape so that it’s smooth and making sure the paint is straight, I like how my piece turned out and I enjoyed the experience. If I was to change anything, I think I would’ve had the triangle look more like it was floating inside the cube.
